WEDNESDAY WORKOUT;STAYING FIT

Image
Hello TTB FAM Here are some simple exercises you can do at home Jumping Jacks Muscles worked: calves, hip abductors, hip adductors While there is probably no need get into the “how” of jumping jacks, as we assume everyone is at least familiar with the mechanics, unfortunately familiarity breeds contempt and this workout is often overlooked due to its percieved simplicity. It can be an amazing warm up though, and if you are having trouble finding space to run/jog, a thousand jumping jacks make for an excellent cardio workout. Table Rows Muscles worked: back, biceps, abs Okay, so this is the first of several exercises on this list that you can’t really do anywhere. Depending on your level of creativity though you can get pretty close. All you need is a table, a low bar, or something else you can slide under and hold onto. Now, just like in the image above, pull yourself upwards towards the tabletop. Rows are a very effective back exercise and this is probably the clos

THE WOMAN

Image
THE WOMAN Last night i laughed when she was defined as being female and the first picture used to depict her was her mammary glands hmmmm... The WOMAN the sole possessor of an inexplicable inner strength... The WOMAN taught the greatest quality of a leader from the day she is born, service..... The WOMAN given a delicate form but asked to perform the not so delicate function of giving life... The WOMAN the one whose role is often misinterpreted by confused feminist or power hungry people.... The WOMAN the irreplaceable creation placed on earth a beauty to behold,  containing so much love.... The WOMAN cries the most but endures the most ... Everyday they say to her you are weak, you are less, you do not deserve a voice, there is a place below and it is yours because they know that when she begins to rise,  she doesn't stop until she stands tall and strong, cause perfection is her nature... I am not a feminist, i am a woman who has so much to offer, but will be hindered

PURPOSE, PASSION, SUCCESS All great men or women that have ever succeeded in any field have been men and women of great passion and enthusiasm for their desired goal or cause. Great people across time that have made great impacts on the world during their time an even after their deaths for example Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi, George Washington, John D. Rockefeller, and many others have been people that were extremely enthusiastic about what they believed in and so passionate about their cause. But at first, these were ordinary people like us, what made them so great. That answer is quite simple, they discovered their purpose. As you might have heard or read before, there are two great days in every man’s life; the day he is born, and the day he discovers why. Purpose according to the Bible is for God’s glory (read Isaiah 43:7). According to the English dictionary, it is defined as the reason for which anything is done, created or exists. From these we can conclude that purpose is s

Jesus Calling is written from Jesus' point of view in a touching first-person format that enables readers to experience the Savior speaking directly to them through scripture. "It felt a little awkward the first time I tried it, but I did receive a short message. The content was biblical, and it addressed themes that were current in my life: trust, fear, and closeness to God. I responded by writing in my journal as usual; at that point my journaling changed from monologue to dialogue. Day by day, messages began to flow more freely." – Sa
