CHA CHOPS KITCHEN: SPECIAL PUFF PUFF RECIPE😋

Hey there. Welcome to Chachops kitchen....today we will be learning a few tricks about how to make finger licking PUFF PUFF. Firstly when making puff one trick you must know is to always KEEP IT SIMPLE.... I repeat always keep it simple ....yes its okay to try new things and just stroll outside the box a little but as much as possible keep it simple ...Don't add to many things into the mixture. Basic ingredients for puff puff. 1. Flour 2. Sugar 3. Yeast 4.Flavour, nutmeg, fresh pepper and onions  (optional) 5. Oil ( to Fry) Steps 1. Sieve your flour in a bowl.( 5 cups) 2. Sugar (5 tablespoons of sugar) 3. Add yeast to the mixture (1Tbsp of yeast) 4. Then you can add one of any of the things listed. Just ensure you pick one that suits your taste and add it.. 5. BUTTER FROSTING Hi guys welcome to another edition of CHACHOPS KITCHEN home of pastries and cakes.. Well today we will be learning about BUTTER FROSTING. YOU WILL NEED 1. Butter (white fat or normal butter)  =250g 2. Icing sugar =500g 3. Flavour and water STEPS 1. Open your butter and empty it in a bowl 2. Sieve your icing sugar into that same bowl and stir until it all mixes in completely. 3. Then add your flavour,which ever you choose to use... Good day FAM Ever wondered how your favourite VANILLA ICE CREAM is made ....let's learn shall we You will need 1. Egg yolks 4 2. Caster or unrefined sugar 100g 3. Milk, whole or skimmed 375ml 4. Vanilla essence or pod 5. Cream or non diary cream 125ml STEPS 1. Whisk the yolks and sugar in a bowl until almost white. 2. Boil the milk with the vanilla pod or essence in a thick based pan 3. Whisk until the eggs and sugar mix well 4. Return to the cleaned saucepan, place on a low heat 5. Stir continuously with a wooden spoon until it coats the back of the spoon 6. Pass through a fine strainer into a bowl 7. HOW TO MAKE OMELETTES Good day FAM......How do you like your eggs? Well personally OMELETTE is my favourite... YOU WILL NEED 1. Eggs 2-3 2.salt 3. Pepper 4. Butter or oil 10g STEPS 1. Break the eggs into a basin, season lightly with salt and pepper 2. Beat well with a fork or whisk until the yolks and white are thoroughly combined and no streaks if white can be seen 3. Heat the omelette pan 4. Add the butter and heat until foaming but not brown 5. Add the eggs and cook quickly moving the mixture continuously with a spatula or fork 6. Shall we...👇 You Will Need 1. Cooked apple, thinly sliced -150g 2. White flour or whole meal flour-100g 3. Salt (pinch) 4. Milk (whole, semi skimmed or skimmed)-250ml 5. Melted butter (margarine or oil)-10g 6. Oil for frying 7. Caster sugar to serve STEPS FOR THE PANCAKE MIXTURE 1. Sieve the flour and salt in a bowl 2. Make a well in the center 3. CHA CHOPS KITCHEN : STEAMED SPONGE PUDDING

Hello FAM Welcome to ChaChops kitchen..."STEAMED SPONGE PUDDING"  happens to be simple and each bite sends you to a world of Ecstasy. YOU WILL NEED: 1. Butter or margarine(100g) 2. Caster or soft brown sugar (100g) 3. Eggs (beaten) (2) 4. Flour. (150g) 5. Baking powder (10g)  6. Milk (few drops) 6. Vanilla essence STEPS 1. Cream the butter and the sugar until it becomes fluffy and almost white 2. Gradually add the well beaten eggs. Mixing vigorously. 3. Sieve the flour and baking powder 4. Gradually incorporate into the mixture as lightly as possible...also add the milk and vanilla essence  gradually.. 5. Place in a greased pudding basin or individual moulds.....bake for 45minutes 6. Cover securely with greased greaseproof paper, silicon or aluminum foil paper... Steam for one hour. Hi guys....welcome to CHACHOPS KITCHEN ......Home of pastries and cakes.....well today we will be learning how to make "WAFFLES" INGREDIENTS 1. Flour 5cups 2.Egg 6 3. Milk 3tins liquid milk 4. Baking powder 5. Sugar 1 cup 6. Pinch of salt 7. Vegetable oil 5 table spoons 8. Vanilla flavour DIRECTIONS 1. Sieve the flour in a bowl 2. Add the baking powder 3.whisk the Eggs and milk together 4. Then add the eggs To the flour. 5. Also add the vegetable oil 6. Also add the vanilla flavour 7. Add a reasonable amount of water and Everything together... 8. Then place in a waffles machine and allow to Bake for about 5-6 mins... And there you have it....it could pass as a pancake you know....... Good morning lovelies..and Welcome to ChaChops kitchen...For all our biscuits lovers this is for you guys😉 ..Today we will be learning about how to make SHORTBREAD BISCUITS. INGREDIENTS 1. 150g Flour 2. Salt(pinch) 3. 100gButter 4. 50gCaster sugar Method 1. Sift the flour and salt in a sizeable bowl 2. Mix in the butter and sugar with the flour 3. Combine all the ingredients to a smooth paste by kneading Gently 4. Roll carefully on a floured table or board to the shape of a rectangle or round , 0.5 cm thick. 5. Good day FAM Trust your week was awesome yeah?.....Anyway today we will be learning how to make a simple and delicious ROCK CAKE...yeah you read right😁 Let's go shall we👇 INGREDIENTS 1.500g of All purpose flour 2. 30g of Baking powder 3. 90g of Currants 4. 125g Caster sugar 5.60g Eggs 6. 3g of Salt 7.30g Citrus peel ( optional) 8. 120g of Butter 9. 180g Milk DIRECTIONS. 1. Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt in a sizeable bowl 2. Dissolve the sugar in the eggs 3. Rub the butter into the flour to form a crumb mix 4. Add the currants 5. Add the milk to achieve a smooth mix 6. Good day FAM Welcome to ChaChops kitchen..... today we will be learning about how to make a very simple  samosa wrapper.....most people make a lot of errors while trying to make this batter especially for the first attempt ...I hope this helps👇 ... Ingredients 1.Flour 2.salt 3. Water 4. Non-stick frying pan DIRECTIONS. 1... sieve the flour into a sizeable bowl..... 2... Add a pinch of salt to it 3.Gradually  Add water. Ensure that the mixture is not too watery....and also not too thick...so you can obtain a light batter. 4. Add very little oil to the Pan..to grease the pan 5. Put a little of the flour mixture into the pan and allow to pop up by the sides then flip over and remove.... 6. The aim is not for the batter to fry.....so make sure it doesn't turn brown. 7.. SAUSAGE ROLL; CHA CHOPS KITCHEN

Good morning FAM..... Welcome to chachops kitchen. We will be learning About how to make a delicious finger licking Sausage Roll😋😋 using just few ingredients and a couple of steps👇 RECIPE 1. Puff pastry 2. Sausage 3. Egg DIRECTIONS 1. Roll out the pastry 3mm thick into a strip 10cm wide 2.Make the sausage meat into a roll 2cm in diameter 3. Place it on the pastry,moisten the edges of the pastry. Using little water 4. Fold over and seal, cut into 8cm lengths. 5. Mark the edge with the back of a knife. 6. Using a brush eggwash the pastry. 6. Grease a baking sheet using oil or butter . 7.carefully Place the pastry on the baking sheet...make sure they don't touch each other. 8. CHA CHOPS KITCHEN: HOW TO MAKE GREAT TASTING CARROT CAKE

Hello FAM.... Welcome to CHACHOPS KITCHEN  today we will be learning about how to make a delicious  CARROT CAKE........... INGREDIENTS 1. 3 medium sized Carrot 2. 3 Eggs 3. 3/4 cups of vegetable oil 4. 2 cups of flour 5. 1.5 cups of sugar 6. 1 TBSP of baking powder DIRECTIONS 1. Scrape the carrot wash them and cut them into big chunks.... 2. Put it into a blender. 3. Break 3 eggs and add it. 4. Add the vegetable oil and blend. Mix in a dry bowl. 1. 2 cups of flour 2. Add sugar (1.5g) 3. Baking powder (1 table spoon) 4. Then mix 5. Pour the blended mixture into the flour mixture And mix 6. Put small butter into a baking pan and oil the pan properly.... 7. Pour the mixture into the  pan and bake for 45mins at 350F. Using a tooth pick dig it into the middle of the cake if it comes out clean then the cake Is  ready. CHA CHOPS KITCHEN: "MOSA" (PLANTAIN PUFF)

Hey fam...... Welcome to Chachops kitchen. Today we will be learning how to make "Mosa" It is quite similar to puff puff.... Mosa(plantain puff) is in the family of small chops..And while Samosa and springroll are there Collecting all the shine. Often times Mosa is just somewhere on the plate..well We will be recognising it today😉. INGREDIENTS 1.Overripe Plantain 2. All purpose flour 3.seasonings to taste 4. Pepper and onions (optional) DIRECTIONS *Peel the plantain skin off after washing thoroughly *Cut the plantain into a sizeable bowl *Using a fork or a blender,mash the plantain until a good blend is achieved *Now add your seasoning and salt to taste,add the pepper and onions (if using) *At this point if the mixture turns out to be too watery, add flour until u are satisfied with the thickness *scoop the batter and form a ball and drop it into the pre-heated oil *lastly, fry until balls turn golden brown..... P.S You could also be creative with this ...
