SAUSAGE ROLL; CHA CHOPS KITCHEN

Welcome to chachops kitchen. We will be learning About how to make a delicious finger licking Sausage Roll๐๐ using just few ingredients and a couple of steps๐
RECIPE
1. Puff pastry
2. Sausage
3. Egg
DIRECTIONS
1. Roll out the pastry 3mm thick into a strip 10cm wide
2.Make the sausage meat into a roll 2cm in diameter
3. Place it on the pastry,moisten the edges of the pastry. Using little water
4. Fold over and seal, cut into 8cm lengths.
5. Mark the edge with the back of a knife.
6. Using a brush eggwash the pastry.
6. Grease a baking sheet using oil or butter .
7.carefully Place the pastry on the baking sheet...make sure they don't touch each other.
8. Bake at 200-220°C for about 20 minutes......
