CHA CHOPS KITCHEN: "MOSA" (PLANTAIN PUFF)


Hey fam......
Welcome to Chachops kitchen. Today we will be learning how to make "Mosa" It is quite similar to puff puff.... Mosa(plantain puff)
is in the family of small chops..And while Samosa and springroll are there Collecting all the shine. Often times Mosa is just somewhere on the plate..well We will be recognising it today😉.


INGREDIENTS
1.Overripe Plantain
2. All purpose flour
3.seasonings to taste
4. Pepper and onions (optional)


DIRECTIONS
*Peel the plantain skin off after washing thoroughly
*Cut the plantain into a sizeable bowl
*Using a fork or a blender,mash the plantain until a good blend is achieved
*Now add your seasoning and salt to taste,add the pepper and onions (if using)
*At this point if the mixture turns out to be too watery, add flour until u are satisfied with the thickness
*scoop the batter and form a ball and drop it into the pre-heated oil *lastly, fry until balls turn golden brown.....
P.S You could also be creative with this recipe.
