MAKING SHORT BREAD BISCUITS : Chachops Kitchen


Good morning lovelies..and
Welcome to ChaChops kitchen...For all our biscuits lovers this is for you guys😉 ..Today we will be learning about how to make SHORTBREAD BISCUITS.

INGREDIENTS
1. 150g Flour
2. Salt(pinch)
3. 100gButter
4. 50gCaster sugar

Method
1. Sift the flour and salt in a sizeable bowl
2. Mix in the butter and sugar with the flour
3. Combine all the ingredients to a smooth paste by kneading Gently
4. Roll carefully on a floured table or board to the shape of a rectangle or round , 0.5 cm thick.
5. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet
6.Mark in the desired shape or size. Using a fork(optional)
7. Bake in a moderate oven at 180-200°C for 15-20 minutes.
And there you have it....simple.
