And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ "

These days, the rave about mental health has been taken to another level entirely. Well, the better more people are aware about their mental health, the better. Many situations, circumstances and challenges, especially in this part of the world can be threatening to our mental and emotional wellbeing. Striving to make ends meet at the same trying to maintain relationships can be tasking to our mental health. Anxiety over meeting up with deadlines, securing a particular business deal, meeting up payment of bills and all other cares of life; disappointment over a failed venture or relationship, depression from illness, can all lead to a mental brekadown if not checked. 

There are ways to help improve our mental health. These include engaging in physical exercises, meditation on things worthwhile, eating good food, getting enough rest, engaging in activities that bring peace to you and above all relying on Christ the true giver of peace. He said; "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." John 14:2
