CHA CHOPS KITCHEN: SPECIAL PUFF PUFF RECIPE😋


Hey there.
Welcome to Chachops kitchen....today we will be learning a few tricks about how to make finger licking PUFF PUFF.

Firstly when making puff one trick you must know is to always KEEP IT SIMPLE.... I repeat always keep it simple ....yes its okay to try new things and just stroll outside the box a little but as much as possible keep it simple ...Don't add to many things into the mixture.

Basic ingredients for puff puff.

1. Flour
2. Sugar
3. Yeast
4.Flavour, nutmeg, fresh pepper and onions  (optional)
5. Oil ( to Fry)

Steps
1. Sieve your flour in a bowl.( 5 cups)
2. Sugar (5 tablespoons of sugar)
3. Add yeast to the mixture (1Tbsp of yeast)
4. Then you can add one of any of the things listed. Just ensure you pick one that suits your taste and add it..
5. Preheat your vegetable oil in a deep fryer or in a deep frying pan.   Ensure the quantity of the oil is much...so the Puffs can float.
6. When the oil is hot enough then you can fry.7.
7.After you've washed your hands thoroughly... There should be a bowl of water near you ...dip your hands in it and then using your fingers wrap the mixture into a ball and drop it in the oil..it should float almost immediately. Then you keep flipping until it turns brown... The reason for the water is to make the puffs smooth and fine .....

PS. You could also add sugar to your puff Puff mixture if you're dissatisfied with the quantity.
Also if you're using pepper and onions it will be preferable for you to grate it rather than blend it ...
