CHA CHOPS: Butter Frosting

BUTTER FROSTING


Hi guys welcome to another edition of CHACHOPS KITCHEN home of pastries and cakes..
Well today we will be learning about BUTTER FROSTING.

YOU WILL NEED
1. Butter (white fat or normal butter)  =250g
2. Icing sugar =500g
3. Flavour and water

STEPS
1. Open your butter and empty it in a bowl
2. Sieve your icing sugar into that same bowl and stir until it all mixes in completely.
3. Then add your flavour,which ever you choose to use...

And there you have it in three simple steps and you're ready to pipe either on cupcakes or a proper cake

PS: when the mixture tends to get dry and stronger add few drops of water to loosen it up a bit
