Its Chachops kitchen and today we will be doing something quite different......I'll be giving you a few tips to remember When handling ingredients for pastry work..

Points to Remember:

1.check all weighing scales for accuracy
2. Follow recipes carefully
3. Check all storage temperatures are correct
4. Always work in a tidy and organised way; clean all equipments after use.
5. Always store ingredients correctly
6. Keep all small moulds clean and dry to prevent rusting.
