DISCIPLINE, THE CURE NOT A CONTROL MEASURE.

Good day lovelies and welcome to the tellrhodes blog. This blog is dedicated to youths who love excellence and one of the important ingredients for excellent living is DISCIPLINE. Checked up the meaning of discipline in the dictionary but just this one that got my attention, it says “discipline is to train someone (yourself) by instruction and practice".

    If you must go far in life and destiny you must be disciplined, discipline is enduring today's pain for tomorrow's gain. Putting yourself under certain practice, principles and control is key to achieving your goals and attaining maximum impact in life. Instruction is what structures your life, without instruction you'll end up in destruction. You must have something that keeps you under control if not you'll soon lose relevance in life. As young people who love excellence, we must embrace the structured life by having discipline over our words, appetite, spending habit, sleep, women and men, time, character etc.

    Discipline is not a preventive measure but the cure, you are so vulnerable to things that are here today but gone tomorrow, ranging from music, fashion, slants and so on. If we can see through the lens of God's word we'll realize so great a future that lies ahead of us and see the need for discipline.

   Discipline your mouth, you must not say everything that comes to your mind. Talk only when it's very important that you should.
   Finally, as simple as it may appear you cannot achieve much in life without the force of discipline. Discipline distinguishes you, it sharpens excellence in you. Young man discipline your erection, don't allow your erection to give you direction and young lady keep your body for your husband, it's an honour to you and glory. Be disciplined, be guided.

NEW YEAR INSPIRATION The year is into full swing already Tellrheaders, but for all we have missed so far, I wish you a Happy New Year. There are a lot of things that come with the new year - resolutions, tasks etc. However, one must be inspired to achieve. For inspiration, where do you look?
