CHA CHOPS KITCHEN: How to Make a Simple Samosa Wrapper

Welcome to ChaChops kitchen..... today we will be learning about how to make a very simple  samosa wrapper.....most people make a lot of errors while trying to make this batter especially for the first attempt ...I hope this helps👇

Ingredients
1.Flour
2.salt
3. Water
4. Non-stick frying pan

DIRECTIONS.
1... sieve the flour into a sizeable bowl.....
2... Add a pinch of salt to it
3.Gradually  Add water.
Ensure that the mixture is not too watery....and also not too thick...so you can obtain a light batter.
4. Add very little oil to the Pan..to grease the pan
5. Put a little of the flour mixture into the pan and allow to pop up by the sides then flip over and remove....
6. The aim is not for the batter to fry.....so make sure it doesn't turn brown.
7.. Place it on a tray and cover with a damp towel to ensure that it doesn't dry up ..and to keep it moist ..
