PLATEAU STATE CRISIS : HERDS MEN OR SELFISH POLITICALLY MOTIVATED ACTS

Fresh attacks occurred in Barkin Ladi local government area of plateau state Nigeria, with police reporting 11people dead at first but now death toll has increased to about 86 people, about 50houses were completely burnt down among loss of other properties.
While a lot of people have blamed it on the herdsmen some have also said they were provoked into this inhumane act. After some youths who are members of the communities where killings occurred stole and killed about 300 cows in the last few weeks, and this youths have been protected by the communities who are could have fished them out and submitted them to authorities.

But it is also believed that this killings have been sponsored by politicians who have sworn to make the country ungovernable

but are this lives both those on the recent killings in plateau and that in the north east the boko haram too much of a price to pay for cows or political ambition!
Presently there is a dusk to dawn curfew order in the state.
Pray for plateau, pray for Nigeria.
