AJUMA (Episode 3): A TRIP TO THE WORLD OF FANTASY WITH JAMES INA'S
Hello everyone, this previous week was really fast. But all the same we are grateful and thankful to God for a successful week. I hope you made the best out of it. Still on my "AJUMA" series. Today I will be posting the episode 3. For followers of this series, you are free to drop your critiques,comments and follow my social media handles for more lovely write ups.
Before I post the episode 3 of the series, I would want to share something that will help our course of living and fulfillment. Its called " Time and Engagements". And when I say Engagements, I mean a resourceful one. I discovered that I tend to recount wasteful days ands weeks if they are not planned. Like I tend to go to unnecessary places,spend massive time chit-chatting,follow an unconscious wavy schedules. And at the end I tend to achieve little or nothing. So, time management is not as important as "what" the time is being invested in.
So as we start this week be conscious of what you do with your time. Engage yourself in a self benefiting activities and thank me later when you count your scores at the end of any week.
Back to the business of the day. "AJUMA" series is still on and as I said I will be posting the 3rd episode today.
In the last episode,the father maintained his believe that there condition might be a predestination, and that if they were to have a girl child they'll still have .... *" Hopefully in due course, we shall find our course..."*. But the mother because of her impatient,have already started making suggestions to seek solutions in some other ways ..... *"... Mere rites to our ancestors, would not cost any means..."* this was the tension in the last episode, let's find out what happens in the next episode.
*...continue*
Mother:
Oh how I thirst for my kind!
An up spring of my bossom;
To spread our seed like ivy,
To resume domestic chores
And nurture posterity.
To a boy might be your lineage
But to a girl is your extension;
The half of what makes you__Man.
Father;
Woman, I feel your heart
But the plight is ours.
But its of no much burden
Because of omenaala;
It gives her no much duty
Her absence shouldn't make yours.
...
To be continued in the last episode...
Vernacular: omenaala(tradition)
