Well, that didn't take long. Rafael Nadal is back to being the world number one!

Before hitting on Rafael Nadal's coldblooded efficiency and superiority, let's have a rundown of activities in Nigeria and with the Nigerian players.

Over 160 Juniors headlined the 2018 SNEPCo Junior Tennis Championship in Lagos.

The SNEPCo Junior Championships, which is organized by the International Tennis Academy, feature competitions in four categories - Boys and Girls 10 & Under, 12 & Under, 14 & Under and 16 & Under, with the early rounds taking place at the National Stadium Tennis Centre in Surulere.

The finals however, will be held at the Ikoyi Club.

In the landlocked East African nation, Uganda, the Nigerian trio of Joseph Imeh, Sylvester Emmanuel and Christian Paul all crashed out in their respective singles match at the ITF Futures event holding in the country's capital, Kampala.

Joseph Imeh was beaten 6-2, 6-3 of Boris Aguma of Uganda, India's Prajwal Dev made light work of Emmanuel with a 6-2, 6-0 win, while Christian Paul fell 2-6, 1-6 to South Africa's Du Toit Lance Piere. Their attention, now, would shift towards Davis Cup slated for June.

Rafael Nadal, now! The King of Clay was back in usual business at the Italian Open at the Foro Italico in Rome. He needed to win the title to reclaim the number one ranking, and win did he!

Exceptionally brilliant from start to finish, save a scare in the final against Alexander Zverev, where Nadal eventually benefitted from a rain delay, the Spaniard dispatched his opponents with minimum fuss; displayed a proper blend of sheer brilliance and professional wizardry to lift his eight Italian Open title in Rome.

The 32-year-old Spaniard will now lead a star-studded field in next week's French Open (Roland Garros). He's also eyeing an 11th title on the red dirt of Paris. And boy, he's the red-hot favourite!

Being the nice and helpful person I am, I've taken the time out to list the basic measurements we need for a simple dress and how to take these measurements accurately. Ideally, you should be measured wearing only your undergarments.  However, a close-fitting clothing will be fine.  Do NOT measure yourself or a client that's wearing jeans, sweats, or other bulky clothing.  It DOES make a difference fam. The body is made of soft tissue, so it can be a bit difficult to know exactly how tight to pull the tape around the body.
