No Excuse, Keep your Diet going!
I’m sure it’s ok to say there’s a lot of tension out there as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic and it’s gradually dragging our attention and making us deviate from doing it right just because we want to eat for pleasure.
The truth is it shouldn’t take so much to do it right with food. The major factor and question surrounding what you eat are:
• how do you eat ?
• what you eat ?
• and why you eat it ?
Well in this Pandemic it might be easy to ignore this (3) three factors cause we might be too concern with eating just anything! Which is so wrong!!!
Trust me you can still self isolate and eat right. Do not just eat that food cause you home all day and you need to eat. Do not mess up that diet you have been on for long just because you home! You might just be headed for a long term incubated fat that will be hard to burn out...
Now do this right:
Make a line up of all the food you have and make sure it consists of:
• Vegetables
• fruits (especially those with high citrus eg orange, lime, tangerine,lemon),
• Healthy protein
• Carbohydrates
• Low fat.
• Lots and lots of water You can still make that perfect daily meal plan, all you have to do is make effort and be deliberate in doing it right.
Even in a time like this we should still know that our health matters and we can still maintain that weight.
