SHOP RIGHT!

Here's the hard truth: we buy too much stuff. And not only do we buy way more stuff than we need, we also buy the wrong stuff. Shopping more sustainably isn't just about the environment, it's also something that will help us buy better, support our homegrown fashion talent and avoid a wardrobe filled with pieces we hardly ever wear. Rather than rushing out to buy items for specific events, think about buying pieces that will both benefit your wardrobe and support local craftspeople.
Most bad decisions are made when you don't put enough thought into what you're doing - and if you're the kind of guy with items hanging in your wardrobe you never wear, most of those will be cheaper, heat-of-the-moment impulse buys. These all add up. Next time you see something you want, a good rule is to take a couple of days to think about whether you really want it. Those 48 hours will give you time to really consider what it will bring to your wardrobe and the money you potentially save can be put towards more quality items.
