HAMZ MUSINGS (TAKING ACTIONS WITH PRIDE)
TAKING ACTIONS WITH PRIDE.

Hello leaders, have you been accused of exhibiting pride in what you know you know how to do best? Have they told you before that pride goes before a haughty fall? Come with me and how to get reverence irrespective of how prided they say you are with this true life story below.
He called himself 'Joe'. They called him 'Frazier'. He stood tall and imposing and his stature cast shadows of doubt and fear on his opponents. He could take the hardest of punches and never go down. Socking him was like slamming into a sack of bricks. This Joe dude packed one hell of a punch that he not only frequently had most of his opponent's front teeth embedded in his knuckles when he threw his usual sucker upppercut, but also broke noses, punctured eyeballs, cracked cheekbones, shattered jawbones and knocked nearly all of his opponents senseless.
The 'nearly' could've been 'all' if he hadn't met the one whom they called 'the Foreman'. This Foreman of a dude was tall and imposing; a colossal beast of a man. But it nevertheless came as one big, sick shock to everyone when he faced 'Frazier', knocked down six consecutive times and finally knocked him out. 'Foreman' was simply a savage beast. If strength could be measured on a scale of 1 to 10, Frazier would've been a '3' and Foreman, an '8'.
Now, there was a third guy who called himself Mohammed. Mohammed used to be an incredible fighter back in the days but now, he was long past his prime. He was much older than most of his opponents and that, I don't need to tell you, seriously decreased his chances of beating them. It therefore came as a bigger shock to everyone when he said he wanted to fight, knock down and knock out Foreman. This Mohammed of a man didn't just decide to fight but decided to run his mouth like a headless faucet. Any and every chance he got, he told every and anyone who cared and cared less to listen how he'd destroy Foreman and render him useless, how he was very fast and Foreman was really clumsy, and how he was going to knock him out in no time. Mohammed kept running his mouth. He'd been known as loquacious right from time anyways. But he practiced with diligent, dedicated intensity, jogging and sparring.
Upon a day, Mohammed spent his time watching Foreman's fight videos. One of such videos was the one in which he fought three people. He knocked out the first guy in no time. The fight with the second was a bit tough but he knocked him out after four rounds. In the fight with the third guy, Foreman almost didn't win. He had a hard, hard time. Mohammed saw the video again and again, noticed something and smiled. Satisfied with his 'little' discovery, he called for a press conference and once again, began running his mouth.
The much anticipated day came- 'The Rumble In The Jungle'. The hall was filled to capacity, stifling heat and excited screams. It was going to be the fight that would later be dubbed by many as, 'the fight of the decade'. It was Mohammed Ali Vs George Foreman.
The fight began...
For five rounds, Mohammed Ali took a fusillade of heavy punches from George Foreman. He didn't throw one single punch. He just leaned on the ropes, covering his face with his arms while George tried with considerable difficulty to drive his fists into it. Slowly, his punches lost their intensity and that was when, all of a sudden, in the sixth round, Ali tightened his balled fists and began to pummel the living daylight out of George. The loss of intensity was what he'd been waiting for- that was what he'd noticed in that video- George got easily tired and lacked a lasting stamina.
He crossed him, hooked him, socked him terribly until George had nothing left. George was completely helpless in that round and the seventh round. In the eigth round, Mohammed Ali knocked him out completely. Completely!
It's alright to talk big. It's alright to brag, but follow all that with delivery. When you're done boasting, DELIVER.
There's no faster way to get respect and reverence than that.
