Maria looks round Chair's Chambers as He helps her walk across the tunnel, "everything is a maze" she whispers in awe "it's like more holes, more darkness and then bam a semi civilized society, except for the chanting and the killing of course " Chair chuckles "I'm glad you like it since you will be spending most of your time here". They go into another tunnel, Maria sees sick people, different compartments and healers around  "wow, it's a maze, it's like a bunch of contradictions, one minute you think you are going to die, next thing you are alive and in a healing center, it is surprisingly well organized and neat " Chair carries her to an empty bed , "to survive here, you have to be useful in one way or you go, there's barely enough air for everyone so quick advice, make yourself useful, I would hate to get rid of you" Chi smiles sardonically "I would hate to be ridden of" Chair looks at her amused "I don't think that word is used correctly " Maria grins "It's the Chi effect, she says the most ridiculous things" Chair grins "Yes, I'm sure she's the only one" He calls someone to attend to Chi, an elderly man who looks grumpy answers "You should be familiar with her since you saved her life, you can finish what you started" he says to the old man.  Chair looks closely at Maria "Welcome to the fort, I hope you last "

He walks away leaving Maria and grumpy "Hi, I'm Maria, uhmmmm thanks for saving my life " Maria smiles brightly, "well, I regret it now, lie down so I can check the injury " he says to Maria,  "Well, you are as friendly as you look"she says while lying on her back, the old man shakes his head while examining the wound" do people up there think they are funny or are you and your friend just special ?" Maria chuckles and winces "I see you have met Chi,  to answer your question, I like to believe we are really special" . The old man sighs "you are modest" he says dryly,  Maria laughs and winces again "well... It's either that or I have to believe there's something really wrong with her, I on the other hand , I'm special whichever way" The old man chuckles, "he laughs,  I can sleep better now, are you some kind of doctor " "No, I'm just useful" Maria sighs deeply "I hear that a lot around here" "it will do you good to keep remembering, bad things happen to people who are useless "

"How bad is Moet's place? My friend was taken there and I don't want to think about what she might be going through " The old man looks into her eyes "if she was taken to Moet, she's lucky then, Moet doesn't let anything happen to her girls, well, anything they don't want to happen , I've seen your friend, she will be fine ".

Maria rolls her eyes "it's not her I'm worried about, it's the other people I'm worried about, that girl has a screw loose somewhere, half the time, I'm convinced she would kill me " the old man bursts out laughing "for some reasons I can see that happening, you are both very alike its disconcerting" Maria cringes "please there's nothing similar about us, I'm tall and skinny, she looks like she walks on air, who needs that much ass and sass"

The old man mumbles something "as long as you don't move unnecessarily, you should be fine in a couple of weeks, just use this opportunity to rest and prepare yourself, your best days might be over."  "Has anyone ever told you this??  You just tend to lighten up the room with your optimism and hope, " Maria replies dryly,  "people here call me papa, you can call me that" He gives her a tonic "this should help with the pain" she drinks it all up and drifts asleep "and keep you quiet " papa mumbles as he adjusts her on the bed.

"Noooooooo way!!! Let me tell you this before you get any ideas, there's no way I'm selling my body to survive, I can't even undress with people in the room, I'm so broken!!! Maria is a better chooiiicee" Chi screams as she's dragged to the doom.

 HOW TO TAKE ACCURATE BASIC MEASUREMENTS  So last week when talking on how to get the perfect fit, the first thing on our list was "taking accurate measurements". Being the nice and helpful person I am, I've taken the time out to list the basic measurements we need for a simple dress and how to take these measurements accurately. Ideally, you should be measured wearing only your undergarments.  However, a close-fitting clothing will be fine.  Do NOT measure yourself or a client that's wearing jeans, sweats, or other bulky clothing.  It DOES make a difference fam. The body is made of soft tissue, so it can be a bit difficult to know exactly how tight to pull the tape around the body. The tape should be a bit snug, but not tight - it should not "dig in" or make an indentation in the body.  It should not be loose, either!  Just wrap the tape around the area of the body being measured and hold it in place.  You should be able to put a finger behind th...
