WALLFLOWER : BROKEN series

Hey guys!!
Had a lovely week? Cos I sure did (grins)
I know you probably want to chop my head off so let's get straight down to business then..
   
          BROKEN
(Recap)
"After running a series of test Ma, we discovered that you actually have Ischaemic heart disease".
I felt my world spinning and people screaming but I was far too gone to listen.

I woke up to the sound of the heart machine whirring again and someone clutching my hand. When I looked it was my mum..
One major thing I noticed was that lots of pipes were connected to my body.
My mum awoke with a start (thanks to that crazy heart machine) and immediately she started with "how are you feeling? Why didn't you tell me? Do you want to leave me?"
All I could do was stare at her not even knowing where to start answering the questions.
The Doctor rushed in and let out a sigh of relief and started asking his own questions "How are you feeling? What's your name" (I personally laughed at that)..
All I could attempt was "I'm fine".
Then came the Nurse with a lot of injections and drugs on her tray (Ahhhh what's all this one nau).
When the Doctor was done with the injections and drugs he began:
"If I'm to assume, the reason you fainted was that you have an idea of the disease, right?"
I nodded.
"Well, I'll give you a booklet that tells you all you need to know about this disease, do take a lot of rest, the nurses will be checking up on you regularly"
Then to my mum
"Visitation hour(s) are over ma'am"
My mum held my hand for a few minutes as she murmured some words (I knew she was praying), then she told me to take care of myself and left.
With the serene environment and soft music playing, I couldn't help but recall flashbacks of my life.
I'd always been a sad person even when I was a kid.
I was the kid who always watched by the sides as other kids played.
I was the kid parents used as an example of intelligence, calmness and beauty all in one but still... I wasn't a happy child.
It all started when I was actually able to decipher between right and wrong (which was quite early though)..

 HOW TO TAKE ACCURATE BASIC MEASUREMENTS  So last week when talking on how to get the perfect fit, the first thing on our list was "taking accurate measurements". Being the nice and helpful person I am, I've taken the time out to list the basic measurements we need for a simple dress and how to take these measurements accurately. Ideally, you should be measured wearing only your undergarments.  However, a close-fitting clothing will be fine.  Do NOT measure yourself or a client that's wearing jeans, sweats, or other bulky clothing.  It DOES make a difference fam. The body is made of soft tissue, so it can be a bit difficult to know exactly how tight to pull the tape around the body.
